80s Aerobics Dancing Hen's Night
Pull out your leg warmers, sweatbands, and fluro lycra and get ready to thrust, gyrate, pop and bounce your way through our sexy 80s Aerobics Dancing Hen's Night! You will learn the fully choreographed aerobic dance routine with inspiration from the 'Call on Me' film clip! You can either choose to use this song, or a classic 80's hit, for example; 'Let's Get Physical'! This Dance Party is the perfect option for girls who want a sexy, bouncy dance routine and a lot of giggles! If you want to try this option but you are concerned about the pace, the routine can be tailored to suit the dancing ability of the group and is suitable to ladies of all ages, dance abilities and styles.

Where can I host the party?
1. Your Venue: whether it's your home, hotel room, bride's home or function room, our instructors come fully equipped to your location with props and a sound system - all we require is an adequate dancing space (we can move furniture if required) and a power point. For all parties on the Gold Coast, there is no additional cost for this option, as it's included in the package. For Brisbane-based parties and beyond, please contact us for a quote.

2. Studio Eden: located in Bundall (approximately 5-minutes from Surfers Paradise) on the Gold Coast, Studio Eden is a fully equipped and air conditioned dance and pole dancing studio available to host Dancing Hen's Parties. There is a base studio hire fee of $100 on top of any package cost.
Booking/Payment
Upon booking a party with Dancing Hen's Nights, we do not require the full amount up front, however we do require a 50% deposit payment to secure the time and date you select. The deposit is based on the minimum number of participants for the package option selected. The balance payment is due on or before the party and is based on the final number of participants. The deposit payment is also fully refundable if you need to postpone or cancel the event, we just require a minimum 48-hours notice. SILVER 1-HOUR PACKAGE

Lesson Details:
This 1-hour session includes; a sexy dance warm up, a lesson on the classic '80's Aerobics' movements (e.g. Gyrating, Thrusting, Bouncing, Sexy Grapevine, Sexy Stretching and more), a full 80's Aerobics Dancing routine, a performance and a cool down. -
Performance:
All participants will then have the opportunity to perform the routine as a group for personal photos/video content.

1.5-HOUR PACKAGE

This 1.5-hour session includes; a sexy dance warm up, a lesson on the classic '80's Aerobics' movements (e.g. Gyrating, Thrusting, Bouncing, Sexy Grapevine, Sexy Stretching and more), a full 80's Aerobics Dancing routine, a performance and a cool down. -
Performance:
All participants will then have the opportunity to perform the routine as a group for personal photos/video content. -
Photo Package:
Your Dancing Hen's Night instructor will also be capturing photo's and video content throughout the lesson, which will be airdropped to the organiser/hen after the lesson.

Performance:
All participants will then have the opportunity to perform the routine as a group for personal photos/video content. -
Photo Package:
Your Dancing Hen's Night instructor will also be capturing photo's and video content throughout the lesson, which will be airdropped to the organiser/hen after the lesson.
