Hen’s Party Dance Classes Since 2011
Dancing Hen’s Nights was established on the Gold Coast and has grown into a trusted hen’s party dance experience, with classes hosted across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and surrounding areas.
Over the years, we’ve delivered more than 1,100 hen’s party dance classes and celebrated with over 11,000 guests. Today, groups can choose from more than 20 unique dance themes – from glamorous and cheeky to nostalgic, theatrical, high-energy and everything in between.
Behind every party is a team of professional instructors who know how to make a room full of different personalities feel comfortable. Our choreography is designed to be easy to follow, our classes are beginner-friendly, and nobody needs dance experience to join in.
Most importantly, everyone is welcome. Dancing Hen’s Nights proudly celebrates all unions and welcomes every kind of bridal party – because whoever you’re celebrating and whoever you’re celebrating with, you should feel completely at home on our dance floor.

The Face Behind The Fun!
Back in 2011, I noticed there weren’t many hen’s party activities that truly brought the whole group together. Some guests knew each other well, while others were meeting for the very first time. Some loved dancing, while others were convinced they had “two left feet.”
I wanted to create an experience where none of that mattered.
As a dancer and instructor, I knew dance had a unique way of breaking the ice, bringing people together and creating genuine moments of laughter. It wasn’t about performing or getting the steps perfect – it was about celebrating the bride, having fun and making memories with the people who matter most.
That simple idea became Dancing Hen’s Nights.
Since then, Dancing Hen’s Nights has continued to evolve alongside the brides we celebrate. New music, trends and pop culture have inspired new dance styles and party themes over the years, but the heart of the experience has never changed – creating a welcoming, beginner-friendly space where everyone can relax, join in and have fun.
Today, nothing makes me happier than seeing a group arrive feeling a little nervous and leave laughing, dancing and talking about the memories they’ve just created together.
