Step 1 - Meet Your Dance Instructor
Your professional dance instructor will welcome your group into Studio Eden and introduce everyone to the studio space and poles.

Step 2 - Warm-Up & Confidence Boost
We’ll kick things off with a fun warm-up and introduction to help everyone feel comfortable and ready to go.

Step 3 - Learn the Basics
Your instructor will guide the group through beginner pole movements such as spins, transitions and simple tricks.

Step 4 - Learn the Routine
You’ll then bring everything together into a fun, fully choreographed Pole Dancing routine, combining spins and simple movements.

Step 5 - Final Performance & Photos
Finish with a group performance, plenty of laughs and time for photos and videos to capture the experience.

Your lesson takes place exclusively at Studio Eden in Bundall - a private, air-conditioned pole studio equipped with professional poles, lighting and sound.

Activewear is recommended for this experience, particularly shorts, as this allows your legs to grip the pole more easily. However, you’re welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

1. Do we need dance or pole experience?

Not at all. Our Pole Dancing classes are designed for complete beginners and mixed-confidence groups.

2. Where are the classes held?

All Pole Dancing hens parties are hosted exclusively at Studio Eden in Bundall on the Gold Coast.

3. Is studio hire included?

Yes - studio hire is included in all Pole Dancing package prices.

4. What should we wear?

Activewear is recommended for this experience, particularly shorts, as this allows your legs to grip the pole more easily. However, you’re welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in - many groups also add their own fun or themed outfits.

5. What if some people are shy or nervous?

That’s completely normal. Our instructors create a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone can participate at their own level.

6. What if someone has an injury or can’t participate fully?

That’s absolutely fine. Our classes are flexible and everyone can go at their own pace. If someone needs to sit out or take a break at any point, they’re very welcome to watch and still be part of the experience. We can provide a chair so they can relax and enjoy the session.

7. Do we need to provide music or equipment?

No - the studio is fully equipped with poles, lighting and a sound system.

8. Is there a minimum group size?

There is no limit on group size; however, minimum payment requirements apply. The 1-hour and 1.5-hour packages are based on a minimum payment of 10 ladies, even if fewer attend. The 2-hour package is based on a minimum payment of 8 ladies, even if fewer attend.

9. Are under 18's allowed to participate?

Yes - participants under 18 are welcome to join with parental or guardian permission. Please note that some dance styles may be more suitable for adult groups, so feel free to contact us if you’d like guidance on the best option for your party.

10. How do I secure my booking?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with final details confirmed closer to your event date.

11. When is final payment due?

Final numbers and payment are confirmed prior to your booking date.
