Everything You Need To Know Before Your Hen’s Party

Not at all. Our hen’s party dance classes are designed for all abilities, with easy-to-follow choreography suitable for beginners and mixed-confidence groups. Our instructors will guide you through the routine step by step and can adapt the choreography to suit the group along the way. The focus is on having fun together – not getting every step perfect.

That’s completely normal – and one of the reasons our dance parties work so well for hen’s groups. Our instructors create a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone can participate at their own level. There’s no pressure to perform, and you might be surprised how quickly even the most hesitant guests get involved once the music starts.

Anything you feel comfortable dancing in! We love when groups embrace their chosen theme with matching outfits, accessories or costumes, but dressing up is completely optional. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is always a great choice. Some dance styles have their own outfit suggestions, so check your chosen Dance Style page for theme-specific ideas.

Participants under 18 are welcome to join with parental or guardian permission. Please keep in mind that some of our dance styles and themes are more suitable for adult groups. If you have younger guests attending, feel free to contact us and we can recommend the most suitable options for your group.

Absolutely. Dancing Hen’s Nights proudly welcomes all couples, bridal parties and guests. Whoever you’re celebrating and whoever you’re celebrating with, our goal is to create a fun, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable joining in.

Absolutely! While hen’s parties are our specialty, our dance classes can also be booked for birthdays, girls’ nights, bridal celebrations, divorce parties and other special occasions. If you have something different in mind, get in touch and we’ll let you know what we can create for your group.
